What's included: *Inside fridge, freezer, oven, and kitchen cabinets *Full bathroom sanitation (toilets, tubs, tiles, and fixtures) *Baseboards, light switches, doors and mirrors *Dusting of vents, fans, windowsills, and corners *Complete vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping *Inside closets and drawers *Cobweb and residue removal throughout The final quote may vary based on the home's condition or additional requests. To provide accurate pricing and ensure we bring the right tools, we ask that you send a few photos or a video of the areas you'd like cleaned. This helps us assess any heavy buildup or specialty needs. Cancellation Policy
At Mint&Tidy, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and professional cleaning services. To ensure smooth operations and clear expectations, we ask all clients to review and agree to the following policies: Booking & Scheduling - All services must be booked through our online form or by phone/email -Appointments are confirmed only after we've reviewed submitted details and images and provided a final quote. -For recurring commercial clients, we offer set schedules based on your availability and space needs. Payments -Residential clients: Payment is due in full upon confirmation of the final quote and before the scheduled service. -Commercial clients: Invoicing is available for ongoing contracts, with payment due within 7 days of service unless otherwise agreed upon. -We accept e-transfer, credit card, and other secure online payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling -We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. -No-shows or lockouts (if we cannot access your property) will result in a full-service charge. Final Quote & Photo Policy All 'starting at' prices are estimates only. Final pricing is based on condition, square footage, and photos provided by the client. If upon arrival, the condition of the space significantly differs from what was submitted, we reserve the right to adjust the final quote before starting the service. Statisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our work and aim to exceed expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. Safety & Liability -Our cleaners are insured, trained, and background-checked. -We ask that all valuables, confidential items, and breakables be secured prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
