Our Standard Cleaning is perfect for regular upkeep, whether you're too busy, need a break, or want your space to feel fresh and inviting. We take care of the essentials so you can come home to comfort and calm. This is for maintenance-level cleaning in regularly kept homes. Ideal for: *Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning routines *Busy professionals and families *Light to moderately maintained homes What's included: *Dusting of all surfaces and furniture *Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors *Wipe down of countertops, tables, outside appliances and visible surfaces *Full bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, mirror, shower/tub) *Kitchen surface cleaning, sink and stovetop cleaning *Spot-cleaning of light switches, doors, and handles *Emptying garbage bins and relining Note: Extreme build-up may require an additional fee. Confirmed through videos/walk-through. *Inside microwave: +10 *Inside fridge: +$25 *Inside oven: +$30 *Full appliance package (fridge + oven + microwave): +$55 To provide accurate pricing and ensure we bring the right tools, we ask that you send a few photos or a video of the areas you'd like cleaned. Cancellation Policy

At Mint&Tidy, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and professional cleaning services. To ensure smooth operations and clear expectations, we ask all clients to review and agree to the following policies: Booking & Scheduling - All services must be booked through our online form or by phone/email -Appointments are confirmed only after we've reviewed submitted details and images and provided a final quote. -For recurring commercial clients, we offer set schedules based on your availability and space needs. Payments -Residential clients: Payment is due in full upon confirmation of the final quote and before the scheduled service. -Commercial clients: Invoicing is available for ongoing contracts, with payment due within 7 days of service unless otherwise agreed upon. -We accept e-transfer, credit card, and other secure online payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling -We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. -No-shows or lockouts (if we cannot access your property) will result in a full-service charge. Final Quote & Photo Policy All 'starting at' prices are estimates only. Final pricing is based on condition, square footage, and photos provided by the client. If upon arrival, the condition of the space significantly differs from what was submitted, we reserve the right to adjust the final quote before starting the service. Statisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our work and aim to exceed expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. Safety & Liability -Our cleaners are insured, trained, and background-checked. -We ask that all valuables, confidential items, and breakables be secured prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
